Where is St. John Sports located? We are located in the St. John Mall which is north of 93rd Avenue and on the east side of US 41 in St. John, Indiana. How do I start my order for embroidering or screen printing? 1) Decide if you want to use embroidery or screen printing. Yes, but a quote is needed before bringing any apparel into St. John Sports. Please call 1-866-365-3125 or submit your quote request online. How long will it take to complete my order? Usually two weeks or less, but if you are under a deadline we will try to help you out. We have high speed screening presses which can rapidly finish your order. Can I have a quote before ordering? Yes, call our office or submit an online quote request.We will call or e-mail a quote for your order that will include setup, screening or embroidery and any art charges if needed. Do I have to pay for shipping? You may pick up your order at St. John Sports or pay for shipping using UPS. Can I have my logo created for embroidering? Yes, please e-mail your art to service@stjohnsports.net. JPEG or JPG file format is best. We digitize our logos to use with our embroidery machines and we will show you a sample sewout for your approval before the order is begun.The cost is based on the amount of stitches used. We will be glad to give you a quote for this service Do you have embroidery logos already created that I can use? Yes, we have many logos already available. Just let us know what subject you would like to see, and we will e-mail or fax them to you. Can I proof my artwork before my order is completed? Our artist will e-mail you the final artwork for your approval. You may also meet with our artist by appoinment. Do I need to pay for my order before my artwork is created? Yes, we accept Discover, Visa, and Master Charge credit cards. What is your complete list of services? We use screen printing, embroidery, heat press and tackle-twill techniques to create your custom apparel, depending on the clothing chosen, quantity ordered, and effect you would like to achieve.
